We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If you’re not, you can request a return.
Returns
You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order. To be eligible:
- The item must be unused, unwashed and in its original condition.
- All original tags and packaging must be intact.
- The product must not show signs of wear, damage or alteration.
Items that don’t meet these conditions may not be accepted.
Non-returnable items
- Products bought during a final sale or clearance.
- Items that have been used, washed or damaged after delivery.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll let you know whether the refund is approved. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Your bank or payment provider may take a little longer to show it.
Damaged or incorrect items
If you receive a damaged, defective or incorrect product, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging.
