","washing-and-care","How should I wash my STRIEKA activewear?","Cold machine wash inside out, skip the fabric softener and air dry.","\n

Performance fabrics last longest with gentle care. Always check the care label on your garment first.

Turn garments inside out and machine wash cold with similar colours.
Use a mild detergent and no fabric softener, which blocks the fabric’s breathability and stretch.
Don’t bleach.
Air dry in the shade. Avoid tumble drying on high heat.
Don’t iron directly on prints or logos.

","fabric-features","Are your fabrics breathable, stretchy and UV protective?","Yes: engineered airflow, four-way stretch, UPF 50+ protection and everyday durability.","\n

Breathability: engineered airflow that keeps you cool through every session.
Stretch: moves in every direction, then springs right back.
UV Pro: UPF 50+ shielding woven into the fabric itself.
Daily durability: holds its shape, colour and finish wash after wash.

",[97],"our-fabrics","What are AIRFORM, SILKFORM, LOCKFORM and WARMFORM?","Our four purpose-built performance fabrics, each made for a different kind of training.","\n

We spent over 18 months developing our fabrics before making our first garment. Each one is built for a job:

AIRFORM — made to breathe. Nylon and Lycra knit into an engineered mesh with a cooling finish, for running and hot-weather training.
SILKFORM — soft that holds. A brushed poly/Lycra interlock with a matte finish and full squat-proof opacity, for leggings and yoga.
LOCKFORM — support built in. High-modulus nylon and Lycra with true compression and an anti-snag surface, for tights and cycling.
WARMFORM — warm, never heavy. A brushed-back double knit that holds warmth in and moves moisture out, for winter layers and joggers.

Shop by fabric: AIRFORM, SILKFORM, LOCKFORM, WARMFORM.

",[92,88],"choosing-your-size","sizing-fit","I’m between sizes. Which should I choose?","Go up for a relaxed fit, or take your usual size for a snug, supportive fit.","\n

Our fabrics have four-way stretch, so most people take their usual size.

Tops and tees: if you’re between sizes, go up for a relaxed fit or stay with your usual size for a closer, athletic fit.
Leggings and tights: choose your usual size for a supportive, second-skin feel. Go up only if you prefer less compression.

Still unsure? Email support@strieka.com with your height, weight and usual size, and we’ll help.

",[108,109],"how-to-measure","exchange-for-another-size","How do I measure myself?","Use a soft tape measure for chest, waist, hips and inside leg, keeping it snug but not tight.","\n

Use a soft measuring tape and wear light clothing. Keep the tape level and snug, but not tight.

Chest: around the fullest part of your chest, under the arms.
Waist: around your natural waist, the narrowest part of your torso.
Hips: around the fullest part of your hips.
Inside leg: from the top of your inner thigh down to your ankle.

Compare your measurements with the size chart on the product page, or email support@strieka.com and we’ll recommend a size.
